METAL FOR MOUNTING

TAKING THE "COMP" OUT OF "PEWTER": THE XMAS 2008 HARLEY DAVIDSON GIVEAWAY

18-Dec-2008

Another competition.

You lucky, lucky, lucky bastards.

The BIKE ME! Supreme Riding Soviet, in conjunction with those outstanding champions at Harley-Davidson have decided that two of you are worthy of receiving one of these killer pewter wall-hangings. We shall now pause briefly while you take your time to admire and appreciate how glorious one of these would look hanging on your den wall, your garage wall or around the neck of your wife as she serves you dinner each evening.

You're back? Good!

Here is what you will need to do in order for us to consider you of sufficient worth to receive such a metallic bounty of historic elegance:

Take your favourite or most convenient piece of BIKE ME! paraphernalia - T-shirt, cap, key ring, sticker, rocket launcher - and take a picture of it somewhere interesting.

It would be helpful to your cause if the BIKE ME! item was being utilised in an honourable and meaningful fashion. It could be you wearing a T-shirt and ordering prostitutes in a fancy hotel. It could be the tasteful placing of a sticker on a police vehicle. It could be a small animal being pushed through the key ring. We don't know. Only you can know.

We are of the view that you should have 72 hours to post up the photo. Your time starts from the time we posted this piece up, which is, let's see, um, 0819 on 18-Dec-2008; and your entries should be posted in the BIKE ME! Forums here (link requires registration).

We shall then select a winner and see that you get the prizes. There are two of these wall hangings, so there will be two equal winners as a tribute to the binary system that now controls our lives.

HAIL MOTORCYCLES!

CAN'T TAKE PHOTOS? Don't sweat it. You too can get one of these beaut pewter wall hangings, but you have to go to your local Harley dealer and buy some of their killer motor clothes - and if you buy enough of them, they'll give you one of these room-enhancers. You can admire the offer in this pdf document, which was handcrafted from Milwaukee steel rather than merely being printed through Adobe's Acrobat like other, common, pdf documents.
