SWEDE WINS STURGIS

The AMD World Championship of Custom Bike Building took place from Sunday August 5th to Wednesday 8th at Champions Hall, Champions Park, Lazelle Street, Sturgis, South Dakota, USA.

This was mainly to confuse the poor bastards who thought it would take place in the AMD World Championship of Custom Bike Building Building.

The winner, Stellan Egeland of SE Service, Sweden, took away the ultimate title of Official World Champion Custom Bike Builder, World Championship ring and trophy, and a $10,000.00 cash prize.

AMD wishes to acknowledge the support and help of their Official Partners in making this fourth annual World Championship such a success. Next year's event will be held at the same venue over Sunday August 3rd to Wednesday 6th 2008.

And the winner is... Stellan Egeland's Hulster 8-valve: hand build heads on a Knucklehead bottom

Second Place: Chicara Nagata's Flathead

Third: Keiji Kawakita's Red Gladiator

Sapka Muvek's wooden-wheeled Time Machine. Noice.

Mario Audia and Darrion Tefft's Jolly Roger
